Food Bank - 15 Feb 2025: CORDUSA volunteers helped sort peppers to be distributed to local soup kitchens across NC.

Urban Ministries - 22-31 Dec 2024: CORDUSA Raleigh Volunteers helped out at the Urban Ministries in Durham, making and preparing food for people who couldn’t afford it. They did this almost every day for an entire week.

Triangle Land Conservancy- 01 Feb 2025: CORDUSA volunteers helped TLC staff work on erosion prevention measures at The Williamson Nature Preserve.

Community Farm - 21 Dec 2024: Community farms are an important part of our local sustainability program. Farms maintained by local farmers grow local crops organically. Our youth help the farmers with farm work

CORDUSA youth participated in TriWild, Triangle Land Convservancy's Rewilding Program. They helped The TLC staff in removing invasive holly plants which is essential in ensuring the growth of native flora. CORDUSA youth are taking action to protect our home, and are welcoming other youth to join out community and make a difference in our biosphere.
Trivia Through The Ages (At Preston Pointe) - Oct 2024
The CORD4RDU team collaborated with Preston Pointe Retirement Center to provide entertainment for seniors, enriching their daily experiences with activities. This initiative not only brightens the lives of the residents but also fosters meaningful connections between volunteers and seniors. Through our efforts, we aim to promote joy and community spirit within the retirement center.
